Great Service, Great Product and Great Price!

OK, it's a lamp... it switches on, off and dims, but you can't help thinking that there is something special about it... On or off, it looks great and in my opinion, it is turning into a design classic, which means that you will be happy to keep it for a long time and never have it age on you.
The best part of all this, was not actually the lamp, or the instant postage... it was the first-class, ever-so-friendly service by Icone. I was dealing with a lady called Tanya, that went out of her way to help and ultimately made this a pleasurable experience!
But this all comes with a bit of a warning, Icone and their product ranges might make you buy more lamps then you actually need!!! I have already got this lamp (bourgie) and the Artemide Tolomeo Mega from them... my flat is running out of space but I can't help to, just been on browsing their site for another great item. |

What can I say?
Got a 10% discount on my Bourgie lamp to start with, simply by registering with Icone :-)
Then delivery only took a couple of days. Lamp arrived intact.
Will most probably buy again from Icone, for sure.
Just hope to get another opportunity to get a discount, as always nice ;-) |
