The product was received only a couple of days after the order was placed. I was informed during the process what day to expect it and given a tracking number for my own benefit which was great to be able to keep up to date with it! When the product arrived it was securely packaged and received in perfect condition. A very efficient service. The tray itself is beautiful and the picture on-line cannot do its shape justice.
